Jo has practiced as an Educational Psychologist for a Local Education Authority for the past 16 years. She gained her BSc (Hons) Psychology degree from University Wales College, Cardiff (UWCC) in 1996. She subsequently gained her PGCE teaching qualification and taught for 2½ years before moving to work for a Local Education Authority as an Assistant Educational Psychologist. Jo gained her Masters degree in Educational Psychology from UWCC in 2004.

Jo has practiced as an Educational Psychologist for Local Authorities (in both England and Wales) for 12 years. She gained her BSc (Hons) Psychology degree from Middlesex University in 2003. She subsequently gained her PGCE teaching qualification and taught for 2 years. Following this, she gained her Doctorate in Applied Educational Psychology from Nottingham University in 2009. Jo has had two articles published: one article concerning ‘Family Group Conferencing’ was published in The Internet Journal of Criminology and another article on ‘Differential Teacher Positive and Negative Interactions’ was published in The Educational and Child Psychology Journal.
